These email addresses will be stored in Your Notula address book, will be covered by the terms of this Privacy Policy, and will be used only for the purpose of sending Your meeting invitation as well as other documents and emails related to the meeting or task.

Any Email communication You send through the Service will list Your email address and name in the message and may also provide information, notes or documents related to Your meetings with the recipient. Information you enter in the Service about a certain meeting will be shared with attendees and invitees and any other parties who are entitled to the information related to that meeting and related meeting tasks.

The filenames You use in the Service are not treated as Personal Information; therefore We recommend that You do not include any personally identifiable information in Your filenames.

Access and Correct Your Personal Data

You can access your data at any time if you sign into your account. Please correct any personal data that are misspelt or out of date as soon as you can. You can ask us to delete your personal data and we will do so as soon as we can – unless for legal reasons we need to keep it for additional time.
